Are there any special difference between the Apexi N1, Cusco, or OBX strut bars besides the price? Also, I see there is a rear strut bar and a lower rear tie bar. Are these the same thing? If not, what is the difference and would both be needed?Any comments guys?

I found these two types on the Car Boutique website for very low price, are they any good? APC - $ 31.50Pilot - $ 28.48

Please comment on what, if any differences, there are in strut bars.
