I just did a search on strut bars.. I didnt find any helpful topic on it... All i found was, strut bars for sale, and strut bars vs. sway bars threads.

Can any body please help me, n point me into a link where i can find help for installation with pic's...

(is this better for your guys)...me chupan el huevo...Have a nice day...

Seriously buddy, you are going to need to search, or at least post what application you want.

You don't really even need to search, if you go over to TECHNICAL->TIRE & SUSPENSION-> one of the first stickies on there called the SUSPENSION FAQ, you'll get all the info you could ever use.

Suspension FAQ

In a nut shell:

First you need: struts/springs (ranging from simple to full coilovers depending on your goal/budget)Then you fine tune with: sway bars (not really needed if you went coilovers)Then you fine tune with again: strut bars

However, most ppl go strut bars first because they are the cheapest... keep in mind they are also relatively the least effective.

If you are looking for what is for sale, try the Classifieds.

As for the cheapest/best you can get... that's up to you and your goals.

OH, I GET IT NOW. Uhm, a 'z' is not an 's'. The letter n does not mean and. Witch is a mythical and magical creature. Which is what someone asks when comparing one thing to another. And that blinking red thing in the top right is a search button. Stop speaking ghetto and you will get better responses.

I still don't understand what he is trying to say regardless of the z's and s's locations. Not to mention the spelling error with "witch" which should have been spelled "which" but there is a question as to what he/she is asking for in particular asking what is better bang for the buck struts vs. getting sway bars vs. the "n struts."

But this is not about spelling, just more about what is the point of the question.

Shade240sx, you need to watch the language. Don't care if you use slang or not but comments like "I sent you back where u came from with yo head up your ***" serves no purpose here and will not get people to help you in your search on how to install strut tower bars.

Shade, you need to understand that most ppl on this board are more than willing to help you, but you have to spend the extra 5 minutes and format your question correctly & punctuate well.

Everyone was able to read what you wrote, but it took some work, and you didn't clearly ask a question - and for us to offer free help out of the kindness of our hearts, it is only respectful to do what I mentioned above.

Obviously, if you keep acting the way you are (very immature), then ppl will probably treat you as a troll on the boards and ignore you... or worse... ban you.

We don't want that obviously.

In any case, installing strut tower bars is EXTREMELY simple, that's why you don't see a write up for it.

All you do is:

1) Buy your favorite strut tower bars (eBay, cusco, greddy, what-have-you)2) unbolt your strut bolts (6 in front, 4 in back)3) place strut tower bar over it4) rebolt to 20ft/lbs of torque. If you don't have torque wrench, you will have to guess and make sure it's tight, but not too tight

kid, i aint even trippin....

Im a S.Mod in a grow forum.. so i know how it works... If i talk crap, is cuzz fooz deserve it. Yea, we dont allow people to talk crap to others aswell.. But sumtimez, it just need to be said..

SO Any body went to San Diego on march 18th, to da event Night Shift.. it was Tight...
