strut bar problem

im not no noob at suspension stuff but i ran into a problem with my strut bar. i have 2 s13s. i was swapping over my cusco os front strut bar from my 89 to my 91. but it wont fit on the 91. seems like the actually middle bar is about 1/2'' too long. wtf m8? any suggestions. god i hope my 91 didn't get into an accident and bent my car or something. thanks. =]

dude... I'm thinking its warped somehow. Are you leaving all the moving parts on the strut bar loose, then trying to attach it?
