KYB is a pretty good OEM replacement brand, so I say go for it if that sites says it fits.

Otherwise, you can use a place like infinitipartsonline.com which I guess sells OEM replacements which are infact Tokico's (according to some comments I've come across while googling - you may want to call whatever site you use to be sure)...which is also a fantastic aftermarket brand in suspensions.

Thanks for the link. I'm about to install Espelir springs...I may just splurge and replace all four corners with the KYB's (instead of spending $800 at the infiniti sites) since my car has 85kmi on it as it is.

EDIT: The ones you linked to are the GR-2/Excel-G variant (Excel G is the current name but the old stock is known as GR2). These are very good OEM replacements. Even if you don't pursue this, I think I will.

EDIT 2: I found them even cheaper on AutoPartsWay.com:

Front Right - https://www.autopartsway.com/PartDetail ... _Absorber/
Front Left - https://www.autopartsway.com/PartDetail ... _Absorber/
Rear x2 - https://www.autopartsway.com/PartDetail ... _Absorber/

$320 with free shipping versus $345.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing. About to get my tein s tech's installed also. Have gotten any quotes yet for the install? Shops I've looked at have ranged from 225 to 650

I'll be doing the actual install myself. I just would hate to install springs on 85kmi old struts and have to do the job twice within a short time. But the $800 for new OEM replacements from an Infiniti shop was giving me pause. This way, for $550...I basically get lightly used springs and brand new struts on all four corners. For me it's a killer deal.

I had a guy here quote me $250 though (local guy off a car site - not a shop) so I'd say most shops should be around $350-400. Definitely don't pay $650.

Also, see my note above. I found them slightly cheaper, might help you out. I'm in NY.

jharm73, did you end up picking up a set?

I'm going to wait till mid-June, but I think I'll be getting a set before I do the spring install.
