"structural foam" sounds like an oxymoron. Which foam are you speaking of? The stuff in the bumpers? Which model?

Are you asking the cured weight per some cubic unit of dimension? or some structural enhancement [bending/compression] in a hollow metal member.http://www.dow.com/automotive/...afoam/

i was asking about the density of product after it has been installed. ITW made a 2 part foam for repairs of vehicles that had structual foam in parts of their chassis. this ITW foam had a 2 psi density. the foams i have looked at have 1.75 and 2.5. i was asking about product that Infiniti uses.
