LSD H233Bs are fairly common...find a D21 version of one - they're a bit narrower. The downside is that the H233's were all spring over and will need the perches cut and rewelded to bolt into your truck.
Another option is a 2wd Toyota 8" rear. You'd probably need to have a driveline shop adapt a toyota driveshaft end to mate to yours to make that work, or possibly redrill the flange on the yota axle to bolt up the Nissan shaft.
If swapping to an H233B you have some drivline work to do too. You'll need the end from the Ujoint outward on the driveshaft from the donor truck, as the bolt pattern on the H233B flange is bigger than your H190. They use the same Ujoint though, so it's just a matter of pressing out the old Ujoint and putting in a new one along with the new end.
Depending on which version H233B you get, the Ebrake ends will vary and will require some ingenuity to get working. Also, Pathfinder H233Bs were coil spring, so they'll need all the link ends and coil buckets removed from the axle, and leaf spring perches welded on. The plus with one of those is that some of the later SE models (93-95, I think) have disk brake rears.
Something else you'll deal with on the H233B is that it's probably a little wider than your H190, but not much.
D22 (Frontier/Xterra), and R50 (96-04 Pathfinders) will have a considerably wider rear and wouldn't be a good choice for you. If you go with the H233B, stick with the Hardbody/early Pathfinder version.
Another option is to look around and find another truck like yours with the C200 axle. That'd be a good compromise, and they're still using that axle behind 265 HP Xterras and Frontiers (granted with slightly larger shafts).
You can ID those via an 8 bolt cover plate on the back of the diff. You may find one of those, possilby in a V6 2wd hardbody, or in a long bed model with the spring perches already in the right place. This should be a direct bolt in.
