Strong *** clutch?

well i dont know what kind of clutch i have, but i fried that thing to where i couldn't sit in my car anymore at least 4times, burns out threw 4gears when its wet and its still griping hella strong. its kinda soft at first when its cold and then the clutch pedal gets stiff to push in as it gets warmed up. Im just wondering if its a stock clutch or would it of been dead by now?
