Ok, within the next few days I will be purchasing the JUN stroker kit for the SR. Has anyone on here done the stroker kit or the JUN stroker kit for that matter. Pro/Cons. I appreciate the comments and suggestions. Thanks and Happy Driving

i'm seriously shocked that you paid that much. why not jsut buy a ka block and have everything in it forged?

I own a shop so I get everything at a really good price. I only paid about 1800 for the stroker kit. And I decided not to go with JUN I went with the HKS kit

then in theory couldn't you get forged internals for the ka and still have + .2 litres of displacement along with a bulletproof valvetrain?

i'm not trying to be a d!ck, i jsut don't understand the logic of the stroker kit.

the hks is a solid stroker, you'll want sleeves though. 1800 is a great price though... You'll probably end up grinding part of the girdle and the block where the rods will probably hit.

Im going to be using the new darton dry sleeves. Just came out I'll be the first one with the new set...I think they had them before but they did some revisions...Supposedly there better now.
