Stroker in the plans...

I'm sitting around talking to my T-Bird buddies about the plans for the KA24DE; we're all talking about super charging and what not (figured out how to do some really nice things for alot less) when the discussion went into stroker territory.I have to say the potential appears to be there, but I have to take a longer look at it when I get that KA sitting in my garage (within the next month), but it is something I am going to be looking into. Alot of people I've seen post this are looking at kits for it... I'm going a different route.

I'm not too big on kits in a whole. Sure I plan on buying the SC kit mentioned on this thread but thats about it. I guess all in all I'm posting here to see if any has stroked the KA24DE before, and if so, what results they got out of it?

I've already read all the flame threads saying what a waste of time it is and this and that. I'm interested in to see WHO has done it. I understand it already has a "long" stroke, but We could possibly get it to 2.6-2.7 territory if the cards fall in place. Then again, this could blow up in my face and be a 3 grand money pit.~Nick
