where are you planning on picking up a stroker crank from? They aren't exactly readily available.

You can use RB25 pistons which are 86mm, well ive only seen this done to a CA20 block not sure bout CA18 block tho.

Also, you can grab a CA20 block and crank but you will need to do a bit of machining to fit the CA18 head onto the block and get the thing running.

Yea, the CA20 thing has been done before. It take's some work but it's doable. The main thing is the rods are like matchsticks.

Do you know if anybody ever figured out if the oil galley for the piston squirters was there or not on the CA20?

It must be. The oil filter and oil pump are laid out the same so the gallery must be there.

Did the CA20 and CA18DET co-exist? I thought the CA20 was around first. This would lead me to believe that there is a possibility it isn't there. Did the CA18ET have piston squirter's?

The gallery is there but the squirters are not. You would have to drill and tap into the gallery to feed them.
