Stripped timing chain guide bolt

Hey guys, I'm currently putting an s13 sr20 back together to swap into my s14 and while i was trying to swap the timing chain I ran into a problem, the top bolt of one of the timing chain guides, with the proper alan key in it just spun and stripped the crap out of the bolt.

I don't have any easy out set but my buddys gonna bring his over tomorrow, I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas on why those are so tight, the FSM says to only torque them to 14 fl/lbs
