Stripped threads on head

Hi this is my first post here and i cant find any of this info online! I was working on my 1990 tt and stripped the threads (because im a stupid 17 year old) of one of the holes that the head studs go into. Im trying to find the time-sert size to go with the head studs but i dont know the exact dimensions or size of the insert needed so any help would be greatly appreciated!

head bolts are M12x1.75, according to ARP website for kit 202-4308 vg30de/dett v6.

you would need a repair kit for m12x1.75.
