Ok so my oil feed is stripped. I want either retap or helicoil. My banjo bolt is fine in good condition. My current problem is that my banjo bolt feels loose when u start but tightens up towards the end but won't torque. Feels like the bolt is too small at the begining but before torque down feels like its the right size. Oil feed threads look ok not really tore up and stripped completely

I would try some Teflon tape before you tap. Just a thought.

Tried but did not help. Still pisses oil everywhere.

Yeah, banjo fittings seal with two copper crush washers, not the threads. So tape isn't going to help, in fact it might even clog the line.

You'll have to use a thread repair (helicoil, time-sert, etc), pretty much your only option. Unless you want to drill and tap it out larger and use AN fittings and hoses.

Yep you need those copper washers or else it will also leak. get aftermarket lines and get rid of those pita stock lines. Those get brittle and break.
