OK well here goes guys... the car is almost done

Motor is installed after all the mounting issues i had, i finally have all turbo intake piping thnx for Scott Buwalda. Pretty much no wiring is done at all... i picked up a premade harness from scott but much of it is cut out since this was done in his showcar, like idk if speedo works (my lower harness only plugs into relay box, no where on main harness ) or if tach works, but i have a apexi pfc and i can monitor rpm with that (the cmdr) i am still waiting on my fmic piping from otis @ rb performance its been exactly 19 days so idk whats going on with that....lets see, i am trying to get a local shop to make me a custom dump but i think they are all retarded or want in the ball park of 1k for it... i wish i went single but its a tad too late for that unless i am guinea pig for a obx and turbo manifold combo.... also back to wiring i scored a rb26 harness with a busted main plug for 80 bux, gunna try and get a s14 obd2 harness and make 2 engine harness, but info is lacking on rb26 wiring, what else... hmm, yeah so basically mechanically my car will be done in a couple days, and if wiring goes well maybe 1 week it will be done i got some pictures incoming

some questions i had are

what is the exact flange of the stock rb26 turbo on the exhaust side, i bought a t25/t28 which didnt fit for **** so i can add it to my box of flanges and gaskets, i swear i have enough flanges to turbo ANY vehicle with ANY turbo !

as far as wiring, should my lower harness plug into my main harness some where because NO plugs match up but like i said this is a barebones harness

for wiring in resistors, i shoulda followed boostedz advice and wire a resistor to each inj but instead i bought a ****ing accord one which i thought was PnP but obviously its not, had anyone gone this route if so what did you do to correct it ?

how the hell do u remove the dipstick tube, my motor had it taken out and it was lost, i got a spare motor with a dipstick but it dont wanan come out is it threaded or do i just yank on the ***** to make it come out

also since i am running a rb26 pfc and rb26 harness will it wig out with my rb25 cluster ? i want to wire it in since i cant afford racepak i want but thats a lot of work for something i cant promise will work

Work left-I pretty much need to work on wiring, of my gauges to approiate sources, i did some thing really cool with my vct solenoid but i need a plug to finish it up , i also need to do the wiring for a z32 ptu, then i need to check all bolts, add gear oil and hope it dosent either seize or catch fire i am gunna post up some pics of the car as it is, and hopefully once otis sends me the fmic and piping when its almost done !!

also i for got on the rb26 which is the water and oil feed, the ****ing fsm changes it

its like this OO OO for the 2 turbos at one point it says

Oil Water Oil Water

and another point it says

Oil Water Water Oil

this would me if you were standing by the driver side fender and parallel with the rb26 twin turbo badge

^none of those probably.

about the oil and water, they use different banjo sizes for a reason

Why are you running resistors in series with your injectors?

because i run rb26 pfc , rb26 harness, and rb26 inj

The RB26 has low impedance injectors. The RB26 PFC is plug and play for an RB26 ECU. Thus the RB26 PFC has peak and hold (read, low impedance) injector drivers.

What am I missing?

i do not have a resistor box that comes OEM, i bought a accord one to replacce it but its not plug and play

the 26 ecu expects to see a high impedance, so you need the resistors. there are resistors in the factory 26 harness

ok i got the flange handled, i think i am just gunna make two screamer pipes no exhaust lol, as far as the resistor, i will take pics, and it will explain it 100%

Okay... thats what I was missing. I never knew the resistors were in the harness.

To the OP, you can still use the accord resistor box if you want. Do you have the stock connector/pigtail from the accord? You will need to wire that pigtail into your stock harness in much the same way you would wire in the individual resistors.

you are right 1/2 of it. the rb26 does have low IMP inj. but it also uses the resistor box. LOL.

you definately can use the accord's v6 resistor pack. it's like 1-in - 6 out. all the injectors has a common color wire, it's the 12v power. splice that to the resistor box.

it's not really in the harness literally like hidden inside the loom... theres still a connector and the resistor pack plugs right into the harness

pics comin tonight, new fmic installed, and all piping, i just need bov flange welded on, i am going to buy a ssautochrome ss dump and get it modified to go around steering since thats cheaper than a completely new dump being made, also going to be doing a massive for sale with a ton of parts i got sitting around my garage

i scooped up SSAC dump pipes the other day.... i was not impressed in the least, i will post up a review, but 0 fitment, all bolt holes were off, the twin chamber design is severely flawed in that the wastegate dump had a major obstruction, on top of that, the runner design is in the way of flange so the dump cannot even go on the wastegate since a stud hits the runner ssac ftl, i bought this instead of of flange (stay single turbo)

i used ssac since its easier to weld to stainless than cast, and NOONE makes the nissan t28 flange, it would have to be custom made or at least i couldnt find it, including atp turbo, and jwt

on every single RB i've removed one from it was nothing more than a wiggle, tug, and remove effort.
