Do you mean 16x8?

Or do you mean 006's?

You are going to want to stop referring everything to that site, peopel will hate you.

No need to stretch the tires on those wheels. Maybe a 205 or 215 on them for a small stretch to reduce the need for fender modification.

To me buying wide wheels is for wider tires, if you are running 185 tires, then you could leave the stock wheels on.

this is going to spark another debate about stretch tires and awesomely wide wheels. I'm all for it, hell, I got 245's on an 11" wheel. I love it. But the 8" 002s won't need much of a stretch at all, unless you get the +0 offset ones.

Either way I nominate saving up for decent wheels. Don't skimp on wheels just to get a stretch look.

Don't think 002s are that bad (guess since I have them). 16x8 is a decent width. No way I really need anything bigger than the 225s I have on mine.

when you throw the word "CHEAP" out there, almost all of your options go out the window. Thats why I said save. I have a higher standard for wheels than most others though, so w/e makes ya happy i guess.

oh, and about that "other" site. go there, they have MUCH better information about this subject than anything I've found here, ESPECIALLY the vert forum. Specifically, look at the Wheel Fitment Whore Thread (Stretch/Camber) in the Chat section. Very few people in here understand the concept of real fitment.

8s need like 205/45s, that would be conservative stretch and look good.

Check out tyrestretch.com and rimtuck.com, both sites are based on the hellaflush idea.

I have to agree with other sentiments - dont buy cheap and do go as far as you can with the fitment. Spacers are all well and good if you are trying to make the best of what youve got, but if you are buying new then go for glory.

Thats 9x18 ET20 front and 10x18 ET15 on the rear and the front is weak in my eyes. The single most important thing in S13/14/15 styling mods for me is the wheel fitment. Get it right and your car is immediately full of win.

I like the stretched look! I also had to do it to fit my one set of wheels on the vert. Here is my track wheels 17x9.5 225/40/17 front and rear

Here is the street wheels 18x10-18x12 225/40/18 - 275/35/18

droptop-sr20, your car is full sick mate.

Loving your street wheels - they look like a Konig with a big dish on them, but whatever they are they suit the car real nice.

Have you also found that the 225 tyre is the answer to every wheel?? :D Ive got 10J -16 Equips to go on my Z33, and its 225 all the way :D

LOL! Vinny took the pics at a drift event! Car is mine! an my name is mike! You probably cant fit your wheels up front because the offsets are high. The white wheels pictured are not running any spacers. They are 17x9.5 +15 offset. Hope that helps

Question is with pulling or just with rolling. That's going to make a difference.
