water retention isnt a negative sideeffect its just an occurance. there are no side effects. once again dont recomend it for you, just a waste of money at this point.

I've been taking it on and off for a few years and I'm healthy. Of course if you take too much it will be bad for you but you can say that about anything.

i dont see how it could be bad for you, wouldn't your body absorb what it can and then piss the rest out, protien stylee.

I think it will upset your stomach b/c it will absorb water in your stomach or something along those lines but I guess its not really a side affect.
