Hi, Does any one know where the limits are in terms of reliable power the M45 Y50 transmission and Diff can handle?

Generally speaking the drivetrains of these cars are pretty good.
You need to be a little more specific as to what you are thinking of attempting...

Thinking about a cam change as well as exhausts and ECU tune, remove the WOT restriction, nothing to excessive but more than just new pipes.

I haven't got cams yet, but these guys do a range of cams for the VK56
