Strength of a sr20 motor?

How much power can these motors take? can anyone direct me to a page or thread that i can read up more on these motors?

srs come stock with about 200 hp and a little less torque

they have good internals and can rev pretty high so they have a good valvetrain as well

id say if you change turbo and tune it with a front mount and bigger injectors then you could be putting down 300 easy as far as strength, they are aluminum and a crazy amount of id say over 450 would need sleeving and such

They take no power, but they make it. People have really pushed them, but 300-350ish is a solid number without over pushing it.

Unless you teardown and go full forged possibly stroked too. I have seen 650WHP SR's before, not often but they are around.
