hey this may be a really stupid but what does it mean when it is not stree legal? like i mean can they tow me or sumthin? and also r the rules the same in all states? if not wut r the laws in ga?Thanks ahead of time.

Rules are not the same in all states, I believe California has the harshest, and yes, in California, your car can be towed. Especially if they know you have a swap or an aftermarket turbo, but that probably won't happen too much.

What will probably happen before that is that you have to go to one of the state approved shops to have it inspected, and of course the SR won't pass smog, so you have to fix everything that you've done to it to get it to pass smog again, (read: swap KA back in). Plus you have to pay assloads of money to go to this place.

It sucks, hope you don't have such stringent laws in Georgia.
