street courses?

i know this has nothing to do with nissans or ka-t's or 240's or anything but does anyone know of any street courses (or any tracks really) on the eastern seaboard (preferably in NY, NJ, Pa, ct areas) that are open to the public. im getting too many tickets and need to blow off some steam.

autox season starts in march....they have a lot of events by giants stadium and at english town..... there is also watkins glen and limerock but Im not sure how you go about getting onto those tracks
