Strange warning light

Hello. The image link below shows a warning light that appeared in my wife's Nissan Rogue hybrid 2017 dashboard. I don't know what it means. Please help.

From the owners manual: Instruments and Controls 2-15 (p. 118)

Pure Drive Hybrid System warning light
When the ignition switch is in the ON position, the hybrid system warning light illuminates. After starting the hybrid system, the hybrid system warning light turns off. If the hybrid system warning light illuminates while driving, it may indicate that there is a malfunction in the electric motor and/or other hybrid system components. Stop your vehicle immediately and it is recommended that you visit a NISSAN dealer for service.
