Strange stalling problem in 91 hatch with 115K

So i get out of work about a week ago and my automatic 91 240 with 115K seems to be running great (other than timing chain rattle) and as I come to a stop light, my idle begins to dance around on me and then dip down as if it will stall, then come back up to around 800, then dip down like its going to stall then come back and do that again and again and again. It will occationally stall completely.

there doesnt seem to be any loss of power or strange symptoms, however if I let the car sit for about one minute at idle the idle will begin to dance around and then go into the stalling/ almost stalling fits.

Number of potential problems with this one. There is a search button flashing red above. Give that a shot. Use key words such as 240 ,stall, idle, iacv,aac. There is alot to read but should get you the answers you need.
