strange spark plug..

this is my cylinder 3 spark plug, i just did a compression test today and took a look at them.

theres a thick white coat on them.. it chipped off easily, and i took it off now but i was wondering what it was?

the other cylinders plugs are clean, at least as far as a used plug goes.

also, for some reason my cylinder one spark plug had practically 0 gap.. i dont know how long it has been like this for but how would that happen? i made the gap bigger.. anyway im gonna go get new plugs now.. even tho i wanted to wait until seafoaming.

I’m pretty sure that white residue means that particular cylinder is running lean, if all other plugs are fine then i assume the problem is a clogged injector.
