As the title says, yeah, there's a problem. Now that the car is back in great looking condition, the auto door locks have completely stopped working. When I go to unlock the doors with the keyfob or the buttons on the doors, nothing happens. When the car is "locked" and the alarm is set, nothing. The fuses are just fine, I had those checked and it sounds like there's power still going to..wherever it goes. I hear a clicking sound coming from what sounds like behind the steering wheel. Any insight, fellow members?

Clicking sound is probably a bad relay for the door locks. Pull up the FSM, it's probably in the access panel or under the dash near your knees.

"Should" know is what I'm afraid of. I know it's nothing something I did, and it is quite a strange problem. I'll update this thread with what I'm told as to what this problem could be.
