I am not sure where to post this, so I figured here is good as any. In the past 4 weeks, every time I turn on my G35 coupe and drive about 40 yards, up to 1.5 -2k rpms, this strange revving sound comes from the front, almost like a bottom of my front bumper. Lasts about 2-3 seconds and I don't hear it again, until I park , turn it off and leave it off for about an hour, and try driving again Then it happens again. SO before I take it to the dealer, I am wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar and what you guys think it might be?

Fan maybe? Let it run with the hood open and watch.

Isn't that more of a "clunk" noise?

I would think it is the fans possibly...but it could be your ABS test as well.

Abs will do it every time the car is turned on and off... try that and see if it does it every time you turn it on and off....

Turn on... Dive to about 2k rpm... Stop, Turn off, Turn on, drive... Give us an answer!

I've tried what you suggested. It only happens when the car has been off for over an hour or so. When it's warmed up it doesn't make any noise at all. I've also noticed that the noise happens when breaks are applied. ABS sounds very likely. Will take it to the dealer have it checked out and let you guys know. Thanks for your helpful suggestions!

None of the noise at all unless the car is moving? Maybe a sticking caliper or emergency brake.

In the future don't put on the emergency brake (I know you said the sound was from front) and see if it makes the noise. Sometimes a noise will telegraph from one end to the other. If it still does you may want to raise the front of the car and spins both wheels to see if you have a caliper that is sticking.
