whenever my 1995 Maxima has been parked for a couple hours and the temperature is at Cold the car pulls much harder and had much more power anyone know what could be causing this.....

Isn't that the IAT that is adjusting the fuel/air mixture? I could be wrong...

Whether the IAT is or is not a ECU-feeding sensor is a long-going arguement with the VQ30. Some say that the ecu's a/f maps are only affected by the o2 sensors in closed loop, and some say that the maps are affected by both the o2 sensors and the IAT(intake air temperature) sensor in closed loop. I know one thing. If your maxima pulls harder when it's colder and you are flooring it, it has nothing to do with what I just spoke of because the ecu goes into open loop mode relying off of a base/preset program for a/f, and is because colder air is much more dense that hot air and more dense=more pawr.

p.s. Be easy on her before/until she's at normal operating temperature. She'll appreciated it for sure.
