Strange noises??? Can anyone HELP

Ok so i have a 04 6mt g35 and i am getting some strange noises. the first of two noises-

So when driving in any gear at about 3000 rpm and climbing at any throttle position i get i high pitched noise like a squeal but its not a belt squeal. so i need help with that.

The second is everytime i shift i here a clicking noise from under the car but i cant pin point wheter or not its coming from the transmission like the throw out bearing is sticking or if some how the rear suspension started getting loose. but it is every time i shift.

So if anyone can please help i would appreciate it!!!!

There is an issue with axle clicking on the G35. If you still have a power train warranty you should be covered. The other noise could be transmission related, just hard diagnose online.
