The noise is probably bearing(s) in a pulley. Remove one belt, run the engine (up to a minute if it's stone cold) and see if the noise persists. If it does, remove the other belt and repeat. Spin the pulleys by hand with the engine off, see if you can replicate the noise. This should help you track down where the noise is coming from. Inspect the drive belts for cracks too, if they look bad replace them.
