Sound like it bound up. Take off the cold side air inlet and check for shaft play. (Side to side in and out). Also see if you can see oil and check the turbine fins.

Your running without a BOV so you get compressor surge. Which tends to destroy turbos, but is awesome when you don't have to pay for a new one. Check the turbine then get back to us. Your turbo is prolly on its way out.

i tryed it out today, the click come with ca 60 sec spaces, the fan on the radiator starts when the click comes and goes out right after ( 3 sec ca )

i tryed it out by pressing the A/C button, then i waited for ca 2 min/120sec nothing, pressed the A/C button and then it startet right after...

what can this be, something with the A/C that have to be bleeded or what... dont now anything about A/C`

although ive never realy heard of it but if ur turbo has any shaft play, maybe something in ther is hitting or something and that is where u are getting the noise. compressor surge really does a number on ur turbo.

If your hearing a clicking when you turn on the A/C then the clicking is without a doubt the A/C compressor. You may have a leak and the compressor is clicking on and off. Go to Pepboys and get a thing of freon, fill it up, and see if it goes away. Buy the freon with the hose at the top with the gauge on it. Fill it up and the click should go away. Now that is if your low on freon, otherwise, a clicking sound shouldnt come from the turbo ever. That is unless there is so much shaft play that the shaft is shifting back and forth and clicking. Could be an exhaust leak too, that can sometimes sound like a clicking sound. I would start with the A/C though. Seeing that the clicking starts when you turn on your A/C.

if u cant figure the ac out urself, u should be able to take it to an ac shop and get a diagnostics done for cheap.

as for the bov, u should get one, whether ur running high boost or not

Uhhh, Have you read my post explaining how to diagnose the A/C issue. Because, I still have to believe that the compressor is turning on and off because it is low on freon. Fill it up and see if it changes anything. My guess is that it will. Also, GET A BLOW OFF VALVE FOR THAT THING. High boost low boost, doesnt matter, what does is that it is turbo, and if the boost has nowhere to release from, then the turbo isnt gonna last long. 1 lb or 20 lbs, get a BOV, unless you just like to spend unnessesary money on 800-1000 dollar turbo. If you are low on cash, buy the ebay tube with the flange, and the knock off HKS BOV for now. Also, I just listened to the video again, and it is without a doubt the A/C compressor. Charge it up yourself, or take it to any shop and ask them to recharge it and add dye so that you can see where it is leaking from. We would appreciate if you do not post anymore until you have made moves to get A/C fixed and BOV installed. Also, I dont believe that the tube on the charge tube at the intake has anything to do with the BOV. On an s13 engine there is a tubr from the mani that attaches there.
