strange light problem(front and back)

I'll start with the back cause its only one problem.My left Brake light doesnt work, my right brake lights do and both parking lights work so idk wtf it could be.as for the fronts the pop ups dont go up or down, the buttons broken, but the right head light will pop up when the brights go on, but the left will stay down. The lights will stay down when the regular lights are on and if i barely pull the stick backwards the brights will come on and i mean when i barely tap it.Idk wtf any of this could be so please lemee knowthank you

if your brights only work when you feather the switch i would start by replaceing that switch as well as your broken button, also check all the wiring in your steering column sometimes thay rub against the tilt. after that replace all your parking/turn/brake light bulbs with known good and correct bulbs (you dont wanna know how many problems that solves and thay are cheap) after that check all the fuses with a multimeter or test lamp. then report back.

I'll do that all today im going to my friends house and hes good with wiring.The only reason i think its not the brake button and why im so confused is that only my left brakes dont work my rights do, and BOTH parking lights work aren't they the same lights?

Also my brights go on if i push it forward all the way, but if i barely tap the button backwards they'll come on only one side though and they stay on, aren't they only spose to flash?

maybe the wiring? use a test lamp before and after the wiring harness in the tail light

well i went to my favorite little auto wrecking yard and i bought the light switch/windshield wiper switch combo for 50 bucks and the guys there gave me the three relays for the lights and the pop up button for free so now both my headlights turn on easy but only my right headlight pops up when i turn them on, both headlights light up but only the right one goes up.Also with the pop up switch only the right one will go up, but it wont sty up it goes up and goes right back down.At night i have to manually crank my left headlight up but when i turn the lights off both go down together and smoothly so im totally confused.

its most likely the actuator that moves the light up, or the wiring going up to it. check with a voltmeter first before you buy a new actuator
