okay, i posted this one a shirt while ago about my intake tubes having a hole in them (last owners doings) and i took them off because i got new ones and figured ide show you what i found. does anyone know what was suppost to be there? or why someone would do this?

A blow-off valve on the intake pipes??? I wouldn't have a freaking clue why someone would cut that hole. I'm gonna jump on the sabotage band wagon.
