Sometimes they heat quickly to a very toasty temp. (turned all the way up), sometimes they seem to not work, sometimes they get "warm" but not hot, sometimes they seem to warm up, but then seemingly shut off.

anyone else with weird issues like that?

sorry - no issues here. In fact, I cant turn the seat heater up more than 1/2 way or it gets so roasty that I think I am "cooking" my junk!

I suggest a little trip to the dealer. I know that my Volvos all have dealer only software settings that can regulate the tem levels of the seat heaters, perhaps Infiniti has something similar.Good luck!
