Strange Clicking in my '04

I have a 2004 Touring, and I hear a clicking noise that seems to come from the steering column. It only occurs when I am driving, not stationary (with engine on). Does anyone know what this is?

I have no idea if it could possible be a similar issue but I had a frontier with a weak spring supporting the airbab/horn assy, and sometimes at just the right angle it would rock and tick a bit
