strange acceleration. 92/ka/240sx

ok i hvae a 92 240 with a 2.5 inch cat back exaust, custom short ram intake, electric fan, 255 lph fuel pump, ground wire kit, battery relocated to the trunk, and just replaced the exaust temp sensor

ok the problem that i am having is that when im in just about any gear and im around 2k rpm's and i give it about 1/3 throttle the car pulls and lets off slightly and then does it again. im thinking it could be my fuel pump but sicne i just replaced it im kinda thinking it might not be. it seemed that right after i replaced the exaust temp sensor it started doing it. so im kinda stumped. any help would be appreciated

Why did your replace your EGR temp sensor?

or i guess its called the o2 sensor, but there was smoke comign out of it when i seafoamed it. teh wire in it fell apart

Ahh ok. It sounds like that is about when your EGR/Evap solonoid kicks on. A few things you can look at are: TPS adjustment, vaccum leaks on the EGR/EVAP hoses, Check to see if your swirl control valve is opening smoothly or if it sticks momentarily during travel.
