For some odd reason lately my AC wont come on randomly, i can turn the car off, then start it back up and it works (sometimes) sometimes its just stubborn and wont come back on. It's fully charged so I know thats not the problem, any ideas?

Does your idle go up when you press the a/c button & have the fan on (even when it doesn't work)?

I had the same problem you are describing. It started off happening occasionally and kept getting more frequent until it stopped working all together. After much troubleshooting and tracing, and after about a year of putting up with it, I found the problem and was able to fix it for good. Just send me $5 in a SASE. No, really, I posted on here when I was trying to find the problem and ended up posting the fix, but I know how searching on this website sometimes is like hunting cheese in a maze.

With the car running and the AC on, reach under the glove box on the left side and "jiggle" the wiring harness going into a small box attached to the air handler box. You can probably see it if you lie upside down on the passenger side floorboard. If the AC kicks on, your problem is a bad thermo control module, I think it's called. Take it out, open it up, and re-solder small circuit board where the wring harness is tied in to. I've got some pictures, but I'm too lazy to post them. I'll email them if you can't figure out what I'm talking about.

Also, check the AC relay. You can swap it with one that's the same. Sometimes they go bad. I bought a new one, but it didn't solve my problem. I'll mail you the old one for postage if yours is bad (if I can find it).
