Okay, so I swapped an RB20 into an S14. I used an R32 crossmember. Should I have used an R33 crossmember? The starter hump on the transmission is in contact with the transmission tunnel and I have hood interference issues with the throttle cable bracket and hose clamps near the throttle body. It was also an incredible ***** to get the engine in. Now, I've never swapped an engine before, but it seemed far harder than it should have been to get that thing in there. The mounts don't looked tweaked and they are properly installed. Any clues?

using a skyline crossmember they all have this issue unless you make custom mounts.

im actually more concerned with the fact that my $320 AM Performance downpipe interferes with the steering shaft, which i bought specifically to avoid just that problem.....oh well

We shimed the cradle on my swap just enough to make everything clear...worked great.
