str wheels?

I have found a 17x9 +20 in multi four lug. Should be a rather nice fitment for our cars. 514 is the model of the STR. I'm curious if anyone has owned them. I imagine they are heavy as all hell, but I don't know for sure.

I called STR and the conversation about weight went from 16lbs a piece to 19.5lbs a piece after I talked to him for a minute.
There is no way they are 16lbs even at forged and he stated they weren't forged. I imagine they are +20 ell bees, but I am curious if anyone has purchased and weighed them. ( I sure have weighed my wheels when they come, and have gotten rid of them when I found they were ridiculously heavy ) I don't want to buy and sell...
