Well, first, look at the title. Did Canada finally wise up and start calling them what they are, a "Skyline" in the title or are they still leaving the "model" portion blank due to the fact that the Skyline was not in their database. Thus only listing them as a "2dr coupe/240sx" in the "body type" portion of the title..... If it is the latter, then you have a loophole and you can send the a copy of the title to Nissan North America and ask if this car is legal for the US. Usually Canada makes up their own VIN and puts it on the door post. No way to track the nissan assigned VIN to your car..... Nissan should reply that your 240SX in the title is legal as are all 240SX models imported into North America... Heh heh heh This is really the only way to get an R32 into the US without hiring a real good (read expensive) lawyer or waiting another 8 years.....

i have both canadian and american citizenship would that at all aid me in getting it over? i have lived in canada for 3 years then ohio for 16 years and i just moved to pa but i have a canadian and american birth certificates and a social security card so i wonder if i could do it...

wow thats like exactly the same car i picked up LOL. I got it off a guy in richmond....Similiar K's, rims, exhaust, and BOV LOL :S Same color....looks exactly the same, and even only the front two windows are tinted, and not the back. I don't think its teh same car but yeah, I think the rims could have been changed? I have 5zigen rims on mine, as well as 4 inch exhaust (ricey, but came iwth the car and its deadly quiet)

And the sunroof actually works, amazing! I have never seen one that did until now.
