Stop Light Inoperational message on G50

Stop Light message on th little info meter keeps popping up on my 93 G50. changed the globes and the message still appears. Any help guys? Im from Australia and the car was sold here new so is RHD not sure if thats going make any difference. Still G50 VH45DE.

Must use only correct bulbs with correct resistance. OEM Toshiba or Sylvania LL.

Inspect all bulb sockets and wiriing for corrosion and melting.

On the 90-93 the bottom 2 sockets on the module are the ones subject to melting. They have dual filaments vs. a single filament in the upper bulb. Inspect the socket for signs of melting or charring or brittle wires/melted insulation. Ditto for the bulbs. If the two contacts are melted or flattened replace with Sylvannia LL. (Hopefully they're available down under.)

Check your 3rd taillight? I couldn't find anything when looking at the lights and it turned out to be one in the 3rd light. I looked fine, from the street but one was burnt out.

All lights are fine including the 2 hi mount stop lights. The twin fillament stop/tail light works fine too. I have had this message before and it went away after turning the car off then back on:S but this has been up for days now.
