Sorry to hear about this 858. This is one of my worst fears. Did you have an alarm on your car? Starter kill? I hope nothing but the best comes from this for you and the car. Whoever did this, has got it coming to them. EVERYBODY BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR THIS SILVIA COUPE!!

Make sure to post on your local forums and keep an eye out for parts on forums, craigslist, and ebay. Most likely you'll find it stripped sitting somewhere on concrete blocks.

Every time I see this thread it makes me very cautious about my car. Last night, my mother told me that she saw 4 young dudes in a Civic acting very suspicious. They looked like they were scoping my car. Circling the neighborhood and stuff. I have an alarm with a starter kill installed. Plus, I always make sure my windows are rolled up and my car is in gear. But I just wanted to remind all of the 240 owners out there to be on guard at all times. We hear too many stories about 240's being stolen.

hey yall, I got it back. paid 280 to get out the yard, following is the outcome:

BAD: they got the Blacktop, Megan header/down and catback, intercooler, radiator, intake/BOV, BoostCont/timer, guages, nav, deck, amp, speakers, Bricks.

GOOD: the bastards left the JIC coilovers/Super Advans!!

Sucks, but it's probably in Mexico by now. Amazing that they really don't check the border going in much. I wish we could get some of the same anti-theft measures you can buy in South Africa. Flamethrowers and electrified door handles rule.
