Stolen 240sx??

Well yesterday I had this guy stop buy and drop off a car and say that he is trying to get rid of his 90 hatch and will trade it for my civic and so i agreed. before i could look in the car he was gone faster then the speed of light. lol (hence the sarcasm with the civic. LOL well anyway i finaly got around to look at the 240 he left and upon the driferside it has a busted rear window and the ignition is popped off and the whole exhaust is gone and then i tried to call him and ask for the title and no answer and now he is avoiding my calls and now im stuck here with a 240 with no title. So I was wondering if this car was stolen before i sell it. If i sell it its going REAL CHEAP!!!

what!? so he took off in your civic before you could look at the 240? how did you let something like that happen? after reading your post and trying to comprehend it, i would guess the car is probably hot. might as well be. no title means its not your car.
