stock turbos: RB25 vs Z31

Greetings from the KA forum...Ive heard the RB25 stock turbo would make decent power on a KA24DE. But I cant find any specs on it. I think its a T28, which means a T3 comp with T25 turbine. IIRC its has a ceramic turbine wheel and carbon composite comp wheel that limit safe boost to about 12-14psi.Do you guys know the specs on this turbo? And how does it compare to the Z31 T3 (0.60A/R, 60 trim comp and 0.63A/R, stg 1 turbine)? I think some RB25 guys swap to the Z31 turbo. So I assume the Z31 is a better turbo. But one of the KA guys suggested checking out the RB25 T28.
