As far as stock tint, i dont believe its factory installed, im pretty sure its a dealer option. If it did have any it wouldnt be much, probably around 75% or so.
I would say about 95% of all automotive glass has a slight bit of tint. If you look the edge it will generally be green or blue - no automotive glass - except on maybe a really but naked base model car - comes comletely clear. The factory doesnt install tint - the glass is made that way - my car and your car has probably 97% glass tint (not an add on film - like aftermarket).
This is why 35% "legal" tint is somewhat of a misnomer. The film may be 35% but once you install it on a car (which already has 3% glass) the result is somewhat darker. If your 35% aftermarket tinted windows were tested with a light meter - they will be somewhat less than 35%. My fronts tested between 32-33%.
If you look closely - like at the parts where you can see the van - you can get an idea of what 35% looks like. You can still see in the car - but keep in mind I have a black interior so it may look a little darker.
