I'm doing a custom project and I need some throttle bodies 45-55mm in diameter, whats the stock size? I know KA TBs are 60mm but thats pretty big.

Also looking at VG30DE TB size also if you guys have any idea.

I want to say the CA's is 50mm and the VGs is 45mm but I'm not quite sure. But either would work great if thats the case.

CA is 55mm. KAs are in fact 60mm. I run a KA24E.

Considering that engine is uber rare, and that most won't part it out, I would like to see one of those.

If the bold pattern matches, it would make a nice modification.

On a side note, the KA24E TB requires one to port the intake manifold. I did a crap job when I did it. I need to pull the plenum and have at it with the Dremel again...

SPL Parts used to sell the 70mm throttle body, but I can't seem to find it on their site any more. I don't know if it would fit the CA though.

While we're on the subject, I have a KA24E throttle body from a Stanza. It's different from the RWD unit used on the 240SX... the coolant ports are on the opposite side, same as the factory CA unit. To get it to work on the S13 I used my original SOHC cable as well as the pulley from the CA TB. The SOHC cable is the perfect length and bolts up like stock with the CA pulley. Only cost $20 or something like that from a pick 'n' pull too, cool.

I just know that tomei made an adaptor to put the 70mm Throttle on rwd sr20det but i don't know much about ca18det swap.

I also heard of a stock 68mm Ca18de throttle body from jdm s13.I will check p/n if they are same between ca18det and ca18de.

For any of those i can get almost any part from nissan in japan.
