Stock suspension messed up?

I purchased my 2nd 240 the other day and the wheels in the front arent straight. You know when people lower the car so much the wheels stick out when they have no camber kits? Its just like that, but with stock height and suspension. Is it because the struts haven't been changed. It doesn't look like it has ever been changed. Please help:help

inspect your suspension from underneath pay special attention to the tension rods mounted to the lower control arm. check the bushing at the front of the tension rod. also check your lower control arm bushings and ball joints.
