Stock suspension fit

I searched/googled for days but cannot find anyone running stock suspension for 18x10s for rear, +44 offset. Will these fit stock suspension? visual aids will help., thanks

No it won't. Too much back spacing. If you want to run 10" wide wheels you need something in the low teens to low 20s for offset. Either that or run a huge spacer
