stock SR20DET and wiring harness alterations

I recently bought an stock SR20DET Blacktop engine. I have the stock wiring harness and ECU. Does the stock wiring harness need to be modified so that this engine can work in my 1995 240? If so, what is a good company for doing this?

I found their website. They seem like they know what they are doing. I will send off my old wiring harness, along with my new one. Then, they will make a hybrid harness for me.
