Sorry for the newb question... I am new to turbo motors. What is the highest psi setting can the stock wastegate on the 'red top' be dialed in to (if it can at all)? I was looking at running 10psi or so.

You can dial it to infinity. No vaccum line to the wastegate should work. The wastegate will outlast the turbo. The turbo will be good till about 1 bar as long as you have the fuel to back it up.

I just want to know your opinions on chicken fried bacon. There is a restaurant here in town that you can get a pound of chicken fried bacon for like 4.99. It is basically bacon dipped in batter and then deep fat fried, served on a plate and dipped in ranch.

You can practically FEEL your arteries clog when you eat it.... drool....

We have the same deal here. 4.99 for a pound of chicken, dipped and served on a plate with ranch. I usually get half a pound so it's only 2.40, so I would save like 9 and a half cents. I also get extra ranch so they charge me 2.49 anyways, but I get extra ranch out of it though. Yum. Sometimes I get some cheese burgers with extra bacon, and it always tasted like home made with REAL bacons. After that, I then go to BK and get me some fries, and when they asked me if I want something to drink, I said no. Then I stopped at a gas station and bought some diet coke because I like diet coke from the bottle than from fountain drinks. Then I cruise around in my pimped out 89 Honda accord for an hour or two, and then I go home. And then, one time, at band camp...

Wow...I must be really bored.

My opinion is, that's gross. Why don't they just get a tin of Lard and deep-fry that, too. Or Spam. OOO! Good! deep-Fried SPAM.

I experienced a taste of this madness when I went to college in tha South and the menu at the first restaurant read like:

"Chicken Fried Steak""Chicken Fried Pork""Chicken Fried Chicken"

Amazingly enough, all the girls were skinny as fuel rods down there...:)

No doubt, it probably tastes fantastic, but I imagine one's gastronomic "wastegate" would offer a violent disagreement to having such a...a...big ole' hunk of fried bacon introduced all of a sudden.

lol

I like to think as long as my "blow off valve" keeps working along with the "wastegate" I won't have any "dump tube" issues.

OMFG I can't believe I just typed that...
