Stock SR, vented bov on hot or cold side?

So like this vid, would mounting an atm. bov on the hot side work better and somewhat ease some of the bogging/stalling problems typically encountered with some people running atm. on the stock ecu?

I figure this much that from that location there is still air in the remainder of the piping between the bov and the throttle body which would, at least reduce the processification of stalling, perhaps not to the point that the engine dies.

I dunno, just wondering... oh and I may be ditching the ka for a sr soon..

For anyone who is interested there is a ECU reprogramming fix for the stalling issue.

I have mine atmospheric on the hot side and it's fine. Just goes up to about 10inhg then back to 20inhg and it bounces between there a couple times, but the engine never stalls.

ive had mine on both the hot and cold side. absolutely no difference.
