Ok so here's what I have

SR20DET, Walbro Fuel pump, HKS SSQV, 2.5inch IC pipeing, 24x12x3 FMIC, SAFC II, 3inch DP without Cat and a 3inch Catback Exhaust.

How much Boost is safe to run on the setup (With no risk of overtasking the stock injectors..) 10PSI ?

what will I get from this? about 225rwhp?

You can go as high as 14psi with your setup.

I'm running about the same set up as you, and am running 13-14 psi with apexi avc-r. I don't have a wideband so I can't say if I am leaning out for sure but my plugs look good. I haven't had any problems. Sorry no dyno #s

12 psi is plenty when you get into the 14 psi range your starting to test the limits of the T25 and it will break down much faster.

I think i'll run 10psi to start... i'm going to upgrading the turbo and injecters... then I'll just bump her up to 275rwhp

12 psi on the T25 will not max out the MAF. You can easily do 13-14psi with your setup but it will be alot harder on the turbo. I've been running my T25 at a constant 12-13psi for about a year now and its mint, barly any shaft play at all!

A blown HG will not kill a engine unless you keep driving it when it blows... so basicly there's no reason to touch it unless it blows..

Tell me that when your coolant mixes with your oil, thins it out, and you spin your bearings before you can see your car overheating from the blown HG.
